GP practices
I work in general practice day to day, so I know the pressures: CQC, access targets, ARRS roles, complaints and a team that's stretched thin.

Practical, hands-on support for GP practices and small businesses. Ten years in the military and years running GP practice operations taught me one thing: clear plans, clear roles and steady follow-through fix most problems.
I work in general practice day to day, so I know the pressures: CQC, access targets, ARRS roles, complaints and a team that's stretched thin.
Growing firms hit the same walls: no HR function, no written processes and an owner doing everything. I bring structure without the big-agency price tag.

We check the results against the plan, adjust what needs adjusting and hand everything over.

From 30/10/2026, employers must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, and must not permit staff to be harassed by third parties such as patients, residents' families or customers. A policy alone is unlikely to be enough.
Do this now: write a short harassment risk assessment that covers patients and visitors, then update your policy and reporting route to match.

You can't fix retention you don't measure. Take the number of leavers in the last 12 months, divide by your average headcount and multiply by 100. In adult social care, turnover drops from 34% to 15% when employers combine fair pay, guaranteed hours, training, qualifications and full-time options.
Do this now: work out your rate this month and put it on your monthly management report, so you can see the trend.

The Information Commissioner's Office is gathering evidence on how data protection law applies to AI tools that act on their own ("agentic AI"). It will feed a statutory code of practice on AI and automated decisions. Responses close 20/11/2026. No new duties yet.
Do this now: list every AI tool your team uses, from scribes to chatbots, and check each one has a data protection impact assessment (DPIA).

I spent ten years in the military as a combat medic, where plans had to be clear, roles had to be understood and things had to work under pressure. When I left, I moved into NHS general practice, where I now lead operations: HR, compliance, governance, data and everything that keeps a busy practice running.
Wilde Ops brings that experience to practices and businesses that need an extra pair of experienced hands. I'm not a big agency and I don't hand you a 60-page report and disappear. I work alongside you, fix what needs fixing and leave you with systems your team can run on their own.
Tell me a little about your organisation and what's on your mind. I'll reply within two working days to arrange a time.
